Christopher Stubenberg is Vice President of Quality Safety Edge, Latin America – a consulting firm that specializes in organizational performance improvement and Behavioral Safety.  He is a native of the USA and residente de Colombia, S.A. and global experience in implementing Behavioral Safety Leadership, Behavior Based Safety, and Behavioral Quality Improvement.

Christopher has extensive consulting experience in North and South America and has led the effort to adapt Behavior Based Safety to the LATAM culture and the cultural differences found within each Latin American country.

Christopher both organizes and keynotes safety conferences in LATAM and leads workshops on safety and organizational performance throughout South America.  Christopher specializes in working with clients to develop an affordable and practical behavior based safety process that fits the economic and organizational realities of regional culture.
