We use SOPA to track the Behavior Based Safety processes at all of our locations. SOPA lets us easily enter observation checklist data and then run reports on all aspects of our BBS process, including observer participation rate, list of observers, checklist items marked as safe, items marked as concerns, items on which feedback was given, written comments, and so forth. SOPA's reports allow our Steering Committees to make data-based decisions about recognition, celebrations, and safety action plans.
